Low cost property management.
       We charge a 8% property management fee, which is                  lower than most companies.
•       We collect rent in person to maintain awareness of each            property.
•       We pay all bills requested, such as mortgage, water, and           association fees.
•       We handle all communications with the tenant.
•       We complete all lease and disclosure paperwork.
•       Provide a New Mexico lease and negotiate the terms
•       We send monthly and annual statements to owners                   detailing all income and expenses
•       We provide credit and criminal background checks on all            prospective tenants.
•       We show all properties in person. We do not give keys to           prospective tenants and send them out to look on their               own.
•       Advertise for prospective tenants
Provied the resident with 24-hour emergency services
Supervise all repairs and improvements as required
We don't charge a "Leasing Fee" on vacant property
You pay us after we collect the rent

Embee's Property Management would show your property 7 days a week and answer the phone 24 hours a day.

Owner Statements
You receive a Monthly Owners statement
Itemized monthly income and expenses
Provide annual financial reports

Maintenance and Repairs
Embee's Property Management would maintain qualified contractors and utilize their services only when necessary
Embee's Property Managemet would perform periodic interior and exterior inspections of your property and let you know how               things look
Embee's Property Management would supervise all repairs and improvements as required
